The 30-day money-back guarantee
- If Upvotekit isn't right for you, get a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. No questions asked. It covers every payment made in those days, including a switch from monthly to yearly billing.
- The 30 days start with the first payment, not with sign-up or a trial.
- It applies once per person. It is not renewed by a new account: an account with the same email address that already used it can't use it again.
- Later payments, monthly or yearly renewals and switches to yearly after those 30 days, are not refundable. You can cancel any time, and you won't be charged again; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
Free trial
The free trial lasts 7 days and needs no card. Nothing is charged unless you subscribe. If you subscribe, during the trial or after it, the first payment is taken then, and the 30-day guarantee starts from that payment. One trial per person.
How to get a refund
- Sign in and open Billing.
- Under "Money-back guarantee", choose Get a full refund and confirm.
That's all. If you can't sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account. You can also ask Paddle directly through paddle.net within 14 days of a payment.
What happens next
- Your subscription is cancelled at once, so it can't renew.
- Paddle returns the money to your original payment method. It usually arrives within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Your workspaces become read-only for 30 days. You can still sign in and export everything. After that the workspaces you paid for are deleted. We email you before that happens.
Other cases
- Charged twice by mistake? We refund the duplicate automatically. It doesn't count as using your guarantee.
- Your legal rights: if you are a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Our guarantee is longer and covers it. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you.
- Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund is quicker for you. A chargeback ends access to the account, and the email address can't be used for a new account afterwards.

Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and merchant of record. Paddle issues your invoices and handles payments and refunds, so your card statement shows PADDLE.NET*.
